Here to Help!
Countrywide members have exclusive access to our Estate Planning helpline via phone or email. Our dedicated team of experts provide full technical advice to assist with the drafting of all Wills, Trusts, and estate planning strategies.
In house Experts in every department
Our Trust and Estate planning experts consist of 4 full members of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), 2 in house solicitors, a qualified lawyer, non practising solicitor, licensed conveyancer and 7 other legally qualified staff including STEP affiliates. All available at the end of the phone! Email or call them for advice.
Peace of MindAt Countrywide we are always pleased to learn that a client has taken steps to plan what will happen to their assets after they have gone, as this means that they understand why having a Will in place is important.
Countrywide will happily review your client's existing Wills and estate planning documents. Telling you what’s good, what’s bad and where it could be improved. We can also interpret and talk to you about the clauses used in their existing planning, so your clients fully understand their meaning and more importantly, can see any shortcomings in the planning.
This recommendation can come to you as an email for you to pass onto your client or if you wanted to go that bit further, then we can provide a full estate planning report for them (available for an additional fee).
This practice easily deals with the argument - "I don't need a Will, I already have one."
Membership also includes advice and recommendations in regard to all aspects of tax planning, including Capital Gains Tax, Income tax, and Inheritance tax, and Corporation tax planning. Unlike other organisations Countrywide do not charge additional fees for this service and it is included completely FREE in your membership.
To help explain our strategies and recommendations more easily, we have a series of Key Features & Benefits Sheets which cover all client scenarios dependent on their marital status and value of their assets.
So whether your client has Business assets, Life Assurance Policies and Pensions, or is concerned about Long Term Care fees, there is a Key Features & Benefits Sheet which offers a solution!
We have legally qualified staff in every department and all of these are on hand to discuss your cases, should you need them.
